Donna Lamb has always been in the business of building bridges—bridges between vision and reality, between people and opportunity, and between communities and their future. Much like an architect drawing blueprints for a city skyline, she thrives on helping others turn bold ideas into lasting structures of success.

With four decades of experience in commercial real estate, business ownership, and nonprofit leadership, Donna is a seasoned advisor and community leader. She currently serves as Team Leader for KW Commercial in Huntsville, Alabama, where she and her team help business owners find the right location for growth and investors secure assets that meet their long-term goals.

Her professional journey has been as dynamic as a compass—always pointing toward growth and service, even as her path carried her from Huntsville to Arkansas and across the globe to Malaysia. She started a boutique commercial real estate company and went on to lead one of Arkansas’ largest CASA nonprofits, where she doubled its capacity and earned statewide recognition.

Donna also embraces the human side of leadership. She has chaired and served on numerous boards, from the Huntsville Planning Commission to the Committee of 100, always bringing people together to envision and build a stronger community.

Colleagues joke that Donna must have a crystal ball—her ability to see around corners, anticipate trends, and match clients with the right opportunities seems pretty special. But she credits this not to magic, but to her blend of experience, curiosity, and genuine care for people.

When she isn’t shaping the commercial landscape, Donna enjoys tennis, hiking, reading, writing short stories, and exploring contemplative spiritual practices. She treasures time with her husband, Don Bowyer, their three daughters, and a lively group of grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
